1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup yogurt
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 cup milk
The Day Before:
Combine oatmeal and yogurt in blender, and let it soak on the counter overnight.
In the Morning:
Add blueberries, maple syrup, and milk to the blender. Briefly blend, adding more milk if needed.
