Blueberry Maple Oatmeal Smoothie

1/2 cup oatmeal 1 cup yogurt 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 2 tbsp. maple syrup 1 cup milk The Day Before: Combine oatmeal and yogurt in blender, and let it soak on the counter overnight. In the Morning: Add blueberries, maple syrup, and milk to the blender. Briefly blend, adding more milk if needed.

2 eggs, from best-quality, pastured hens ¼ cup whole-milk yogurt ¼ cup coconut milk ½ cup fruit or freshly squeezed fruit juice Flavorings, such as nutmeg or vanilla 3-4 cups milk Add eggs, yogurt, coconut milk, fruit and flavorings to a blender. Briefly blend, then add enough raw milk to equal 1 quart of smoothie.
