Seasonings or salt & pepper
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
“Fix-in’s” as desired
12 eggs
1/3 cup milk
The Day Before:
Grease a 9×13 glass dish. Sprinkle seasonings or salt & pepper over bottom of dish. Spread cheese into dish. Add any desired “fix-in’s.” Scramble eggs and milk in a bowl, then pour into baking dish. Refrigerate.
In the Morning:
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until well set.
