Spicy and Sweet Coleslaw
- 1 head green cabbage, shredded (or half green, half red cabbage)
- 2 large carrots, shredded
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Toss the cabbage with the carrots in a large bowl.
Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add more salt if needed.
Add the dressing mixture to the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated. Refrigerate for a little while before serving, to improve the flavors.
