Sunny-Side-Up Muffins

12 eggs
Salt and Pepper

Grease 12 muffin tins. Crack an egg into each muffin tin, and season. Sprinkle a little cheese on top of each one, if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

These taste great with toast.
