Sweet Potato Casserole
- 2 large cans sweet potatoes or yams
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
Mash potatoes. Add other ingredients. Spread in 8×10 buttered casserole dish.
Topping:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes, until browned on top.
